The entire video is from Grand Theft Auto Online, the picture at the OP is part of the artwork for Trevor:

The character in the thumbnail is a character from Grand Theft Auto Online wearing a black canvas hat and long haircut.

Other clips are taken near Fort Zancudo (military base in the game), in these clips they're randomly blowing up army Barracks and SUVs.
Note that Fort Zancudo isn't on the desert, it is actually on the coast, the place where the two characters are attacking the SUVs is just a beach.

The last ones are taken near a hotel in Los Santos, the enemies shown are NOOSE agents and LSPD cops.

It seems like they just added their flag there and there and called it a day.
