Conservatives win their first seat but labour were up 18% in that constituency
Labour also did better than the exit poll predicted in that area.
Comon Labour you can do it
Remember when almost half of Labour were vehemently against Corbyn being party leader and acted like children nearly fucking the whole party? So glad he's done so well.

corbyn is a fucking tank. he's only in boss form two of five too. if he loses now he's just gonna go into form five where he develops tracks and speeds around like the Sabaoth in Doom 3.
I think we might have to prepare fore election night all over again cause things are going in opposite directions.

Aye, I do wonder how much better Labour could've done if his MPs just got behind him.

Surpassed all expectations if the exit poll is remotely accurate. Stood his ground the stubborn bastard.

The New Labour PLP throwing a shit-fit over his leadership did more to damage Labour's credibility than any perceived weakness on Corbyn's part. Or put another way, his weakness was really the fact that he couldn't convince New Labour to come back from being centre-right.
it's mostly the safe Northern zones so far but for every Conservative win, Labour has won two more.

That said it's entirely possible we wouldn't be talking about this if Labour had been seen as strong [sp]and stable[/sp]
What the fuck is Emily Thornburry on about on BBC
it's mostly the safe Northern zones so far but for every Conservative win, Labour has won two more.
Rumour is labour is going to take Kensington & Chelsea(!)
Emily on the Beeb just fucking wrecked Dimbleby, the balding fudgepacker.
I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID ABOUT THIS TIMELINE
I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID ABOUT THIS TIMELINE
DON'T DO IT UNTIL THEY'VE FUCKIN WON YOU BASTARD
What the fuck is Emily Thornburry on about on BBC
She's such a PR disaster, rambling on about forming a minority government. Absolute nutcase.
Gonna set an alarm for around 5am and head to bed. #Pray4Corbyn
I wouldn't get too hyped for a Labour win of all things, that's pretty unrealistic.

Labour seats tend to declare first, in 2015 it wasn't until quite late that the Conservatives overtook Labour and that was a Conservative majority. It looks much closer this time so we shoudn't let an early lead get our hopes up, it's to be expected.

yes please, i'm a bit tipsy and writing a novel and keeping track of the beeb aswell is a bit much to ask of my bourbon-addled thoughts. having things summed up is very useful.

If you want to no one's stopping you

Absolute best we could hope for is a hung parliament.
Nobody should get too excited yet. Half a year ago it looked like Hillary was beating Trump as the votes started to come in, and look how that turned out.

Small tory majority of about 2-3 seats is the best case scenario really. If it's a hung parliament they'd probably just call another election.
That way they'll struggle to get nutty crap through.

I'd prefer Tory minority a couple of seats short. Puts them in a really bad position.

I'll take the hung parliament. The Tories can't simply call another election.
Newcastle North
Labour: 55.4%
YouGov prediction: 55%
