Boris Johnson could be a great value bet there. If the Conservatives barely scrape into government, which is looking likely, May will very likely be forced to resign.
Mhairi Black held her seat of Paisley and Renfrewshire.
Why would SNP switch to Cons hmmm
probably should have checked who that twitter user was before sending that tweet to everyone I know but the twitter account seems to be basing this claim on betting markets - which are usually semi-reliable
LAB - 22 CON - 10 SNP - 1 LD - 0 DUP - 2
I don't mind this. Mhairi Black is amazing.
The North West has been staunchly pro-Labour for decades because the Tories hit the area hard in the past. There's also the fact The Sun is barely sold (and in some places outright banned) because of their past lies and slanders, so their propaganda is regarded as worse than dog shit. You can expect similar landslide results around Merseyside.
Can confirm, The Sun and similar tabloids are outright banned from a lot of newsagents and they very proudly display it in a lot of them. I also can't wait for Rosie Cooper to take West Lancashire again for the 4th time in a row, I'm just expecting it to happen, she has really no competition here.
Why would SNP switch to Cons hmmm
Depends on the area - my area has a lot of Oil Workers and Pro-Brexit Fishing Towns who feel that the Tories will revive the long-dead fishing industry (Protip: They won't, but hope springeth eternal) In more rural areas towards the Highlands/Cairngorms, there is a strong vein of conservative votership due to the traditional estate lifestyle and all that issues from it, and they may be experiencing a swing back, probably over Brexit. Basically, Brexit and IndyRef2 being divisive has opened up a chink which the Tories are exploiting mercilessly.
probably should have checked who that twitter user was before sending that tweet to everyone I know but the twitter account seems to be basing this claim on betting markets - which are usually semi-reliable
After being stung in betting markets before (football transfers) I'd wait and see. Cause it's possibly just loads of people looking at how labour are doing at present and thinking it's a done deal and throwing money on them to win thus inflating the odds, and in turn more people think there's inside information leaking and so they bet on them too. Long story short, i would not hold too much stock in that.
Ugh, I have the horrible feeling that a sudden flood of tory seats is gonna show up. If my memory serves me correctly, 2015 went this way - slow trickle of seats, then a flood of tories.
LAB - 23 CON - 11 SNP - 1 LD - 0 DUP - 2 This is Labour deputy leader Tom Watson's constituency

Hold tight, Labour seem to be doing really well.
Don't wanna call it too early but the_donald isn't high-energy at all lol. No UK memes, only one thread on this that was unstickied when Labor took the lead. It's not like they like May either, and their opinion isn't too credible, but it shows how the main conservative movement is feeling right now.
