It may still be too early but I'm still happy
Good shit, England. Give the far right hell.
How much better is Labour fairing tonight than anticipated?
HOLY SHIT all these Labour gains!
My god this is beautiful!

Yes, how dare we be concerned about things that are beneficial for everyone in the UK, including our Jewish citizens?
Oh christ, a "better dead than red" style American, I take it.
just a standard never-trump neocon, seems like he's coming from the angle that corbyn is an anti-semite
It's happening!
As someone who lives in Norwich South, being the little island of red in the sea of blue that is the south of England, I am sorry in advance for the almost certain inbound wave of blue.

I'm in West Suffolk, the only non-blue around is Cambridge. Everywhere else is straight up Conservative until London
As much as I love the comrade Corbyn memes, they are delightful, It's fucking sad that you can't show some basic compassion as a politician without being considered a fucking communist.
I have a feeling most of the people aiming to disparage others by branding them communists know very little to nothing about the commune. Completely flies above my head how anyone can call themselves a sovereign citizen yet still disparage our boys in black. It's a story of anarchy, self-determination and central government allying with the enemy to undermine the will of the people.
Ah, but you've caught me rambling again. Jezzah's a real one; I'll trade you up to three Mélenchons for it.

Why is Nigel Farage on tele and why am I agreeing with him?!
It's happening!
i'd save all the hype for a "It's happened!" tbh. if it even turns out that way of course, i'm cautiously pessimistic
It's happening!
Its not really happening until Labour make some significant gains in the south

This tidal wave of blue shit still has to hit, but when it does...
God damn it I dont like this. Why does it have to start off so good looking? Could at least started off shit looking so I dont get strung along like this?

I'm not Jewish. The UK is not a Jewish country.
We have an NHS in crisis, a crumbling education system, and massive economic issues.
Damn right you aren't relevant to me. There are far more important issues at hand than protecting people in a religion I'm not a part of and don't care about.
Is this insensitive of me? I'd hope not.
I think it's important to remember, that as a Labour supporter (or member in my case), we have already won. The Labour party has shown it could actually be a viable option for the people, and when they stand behind a leader Labour can gather great support.
If only the party had one it sooner.
just a standard never-trump neocon, seems like he's coming from the angle that corbyn is an anti-semite
as an American Jew I see Corbyn, who maybe did not do a good enough job of stamping out anti-Semitism in his party, as not perfect but also not an anti-semite and also a million times better than the Tories, who have a literal body-count.
this anti-semitism thing is a laugh-riot considering the fact it's the right-wing bringing up hate crimes against Jews here in America

The best analysis was from the political editor of the Mirror - regardless of the result, the left has firmed its hold on Labour, Blairism has officially been put out to pasture with the new alternative. It's a vindication if ever there was one.
maybe... maybe this timeline isnt so bad after all.

New Labour was your cancer within. They're still there, but hopefully this is a rocket up their ass. This victory (whether or not Tories get a majority or not, gains have been made that seemed impossible) is nothing to do with them and everything to do with Comrade Corbyn.

this is kind of a bad way of responding to an accusation that is vastly overinflated and wrong...?
like you can want to solve these problems caused by Tories and still care about Jews
