Would be nice if nobody wanted a coalition with the Tories after the shit they've pulled during this campaign.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/EhpruQY.png[/t]
Where is this at? I'm just using the BBC live tracker but it's buggy as fuck.
never heard of DUP until tonight, had to google them nice to know that a party I've never heard of with 10 seats can have the ability to form a coalition when the party with 252 seats gets nothing
Boy would you hate proportional representation

As of right now, the Conservatives are denied of a default majority, and will require a coalition to obtain a majority in Parliament. Hope no one wants to form a coalition with them

Tories - 12,981,776 Labour - 12,401,991 580,000 = 34 seat difference. FPTP is a rite cunt of a system
29 to go guys
As of right now, the Conservatives are denied of a default majority, and will require a coalition to obtain a majority in Parliament. Hope no one wants to form a coalition with them
Lib Dems probably will.
Lib Dems probably will.
Lib Dems have stated they will not form a coalition with anyone iirc
Lib Dems probably will.
lib dems already said they won't DUP will probably, on the other hand
Lib Dems won't form a coalition with the Tories, that's verified suicide. DUP on the other hand, probably will.
Lib Dems have stated they will not form a coalition with anyone iirc
All the minor parties have said this. All of them do, because it puts them in a strong negotiating position to begin with and the major parties need to start with a good offer. That said, it would be political suicide for the lib dems to interact with the tories in that way. I doubt they'll make the same mistake twice.
It's going to be a hung Parliament
Were cons in a majority before the election?
Never forget
Were cons in a majority before the election?
Yup
Were cons in a majority before the election?
Conservatives had 333 seats before the election. A majority in the Parliament would be 326. Right now the Conservatives have 299 seats.
Were cons in a majority before the election?
Yes.
Were cons in a majority before the election?
Yep! A total, no-need-to-make-a-coalition majority. And they've just pissed it away.
Lib Dems have stated they will not form a coalition with anyone iirc
Old addage of what they say and what they do would normally apply. But I think they would have done it with Labour, They most likely won't with Tories.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-40192707 Nicola Sturgeon said she would take time to reflect on what the result means for her wish to hold an independence referendum. Ruth Davidson said the prospect of a second independence referendum was now "dead".
Yep! A total, no-need-to-make-a-coalition majority. And they've just pissed it away.
Week and wobbly effort from a weak and wobbly party.
If just 2 more go to anyone but CON, it will 100% be a hung Parliament (CON = 302, 25 left to go.)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-40192707 Nicola Sturgeon said she would take time to reflect on what the result means for her wish to hold an independence referendum. Ruth Davidson said the prospect of a second independence referendum was now "dead".
The SNP have lost a significant number of seats, but they still won in Scotland. No other party got close to their number of seats. It's a little early to say how long this will delay independence for.

Probably a good thing though, even as a pro-Indy person they were too quick off the mark. Should have waited until Brexit, and the economic shitstorm of it actually hits. Then we Scots (and Brits generally) would realise which side our bread was really buttered on.

I wonder how fucked May is.
I wonder how fucked May is.
She will resign in the next couple hours most likely.
I wonder how fucked May is.
She'll probably get forced out.
Gonna head to bed lads, been a wild night. Looking forward to waking up in 4 hours to catchup in all the shit hitting the fan. Been a great response for Labour, something the younger generation should be proud of.
