How will you motivate everybody?
activism mostly.
activism mostly.
This has been tried. How will you compete with other ideologies?
This has been tried. How will you compete with other ideologies?
through normal competitive methods. [editline]9th February 2013[/editline] i mean how has any activist group succeeded?
through normal competitive methods. [editline]9th February 2013[/editline] i mean how has any activist group succeeded?
Yes but this is the entire world we are talking about, to create a revolution to reorganize the whole of society from top to bottom. Most activism is generally a bunch of people getting together to protest local issues.
that's why you organize internationally and create alliances.
How would such organizations be run and financed and made sure they didn't splinter not to mention communications and leadership
How would such organizations be run and financed and made sure they didn't splinter not to mention communications and leadership
same way it's been done to certain extents. if you want to observe a potential international libertarian leftist organization in the making: http://www.iopsociety.org/
same way it's been done to certain extents. if you want to observe a potential international libertarian leftist organization in the making: http://www.iopsociety.org/
members: 3010 What definition of international are you using exactly
same way it's been done to certain extents. if you want to observe a potential international libertarian leftist organization in the making: http://www.iopsociety.org/
This is worldwide for every person we are talking about.
members: 3010 What definition of international are you using exactly
organized in multiple countries. it's also an interim organization. [editline]9th February 2013[/editline]
This is worldwide for every person we are talking about.
no it's not. worldwide for enough people to bring about a revolution

Tune in next time to see the thrilling conclusion you never saw coming!
Next up on yawmwen 3010 people versus 7 billion Who will win?! Tune in next time to see the thrilling conclusion you never saw coming!
i dont get what you're saying. "this organization isn't big yet so it will never succeed" [editline]9th February 2013[/editline] that makes little sense.
i dont get what you're saying. "this organization isn't big yet so it will never succeed" [editline]9th February 2013[/editline] that makes little sense.
We assume the null hypothesis until it happens.
i dont get what you're saying. "this organization isn't big yet so it will never succeed" [editline]9th February 2013[/editline] that makes little sense.
Well okay let's assume linear growth It took 1 year to gather 3000 people ...Oh right world birth rates outpace the rate at which it gains members
We assume the null hypothesis until it happens.
no you don't. you deny the possibility of it every happening. [editline]9th February 2013[/editline]
Well okay let's assume linear growth It took 1 year to gather 3000 people ...Oh right world birth rates outpace the rate at which it gains members
why would you assume linear growth especially when population growth isn't linear lol
why would you assume linear growth especially when population growth isn't linear lol
Because the rate at which it can attract members given the same circumstances is basically linear It's not going to all of a sudden form the revolution and exponentially grow. There are good reasons it hasn't attracted many members.
no you don't. you deny the possibility of it every happening.
That's kinda the null hypothesis. It doesn't happen until it does happen.
why would you assume linear growth especially when population growth isn't linear lol
He is saying that even at linear growth, it won't match population growth.
Because the rate at which it can attract members given the same circumstances is basically linear
but circumstances aren't always the same
It's not going to all of a sudden form the revolution and exponentially grow. There are good reasons it hasn't attracted many members.
why not? who says it won't attract a bunch of members? they haven't even really begun "participating" yet, they are still organizing.
Hell I'll go up there and pitch in, every settlement needs a Blacksmith to show up before winter hauling an anvil. :v: Raptor cancels build wall: Turning eggs.
why not? who says it won't attract a bunch of members? they haven't even really begun "participating" yet, they are still organizing.
In fact, if we assume the group doubles in size every year, it would take over 20 years to reach world population. This is difficult to manage, given that groups with population growth rates of less than 100% a year are difficult to keep together and organized.
but circumstances aren't always the same
Then pray tell what have you forseen in the future that indicates anarcho-communism is the on the rise? Equality's on an upward trend, war deaths down, stable democracies set be the staple of the day.
why not? who says it won't attract a bunch of members? they haven't even really begun "participating" yet, they are still organizing.
and when they are done "organizing" they shall be "disbanding" Please feel free to post the trail of other anarcho-communist organizations that died before this one
Facepunch mountain fortress must be erected as a rival state in the post-nuclear world.
it would actually be very interesting, a bunch of self-diagnosed crazies versus society-exiled crazies the ultimate in the morally gray cinema...
Then pray tell what have you forseen in the future that indicates anarcho-communism is the on the rise? Equality's on an upward trend, war deaths down, stable democracies set be the staple of the day.
you say nothing can possibly happen to make an anarchist or libertarian society more likely, i say that it's possible, and you are the one saying that i am forseeing shit? get a clue, dude.
and when they are done "organizing" they shall be "disbanding" Please feel free to post the trail of other anarcho-communist organizations that died before this one
yea and every democracy has died or will die as well.
you say nothing can possibly happen to make an anarchist or libertarian society more likely, i say that it's possible, and you are the one saying that i am forseeing shit? get a clue, dude.
So tell me how it will be more likely. I've been waiting. You keep deflecting.
yea and every democracy has died or will die as well.
decades+ and chugging along smoothly thanks Your flash-in-the-pan ideology hasn't done shit
So tell me how it will be more likely. I've been waiting. You keep deflecting.
i never said it was likely, i said it is possible, and it is morally right to support.
decades+ and chugging along smoothly thanks Your flash-in-the-pan ideology hasn't done shit
it hasn't been chugging along smoothly at all unless you call massive inequality and murder smooth.
i never said it was likely, i said it is possible, and it is morally right to support.
Well you being a lizard man is certainly possible although I struggle to call it likely
it hasn't been chugging along smoothly at all unless you call massive inequality and murder smooth.
compare them to their contemporaries, or is that too fair a comparison for you?
Well you being a lizard man is certainly possible although I struggle to call it likely
do you have any more stupid shit to say?
do you have any more stupid shit to say?
So you can't respond to my other point? I was clearly ridiculing your idea of likely, same as your idea of an international movement of 3000 people.
compare them to their contemporaries, or is that too fair a comparison for you?

So you can't respond to my other point? I was clearly ridiculing your idea of likely, same as your idea of an international movement of 3000 people.
if you are going to ignore what i'm saying why should i even respond?
if you are going to ignore what i'm saying why should i even respond?
This is funny considering you are saying this in order to ignore my point
