Any child to born to American parents born on a military base or United States territory is a full citizen at birth. Even if a child is born in another country to American parents, when they file the appropriate paperwork upon their return to the states, they are still considered a United States citizen at birth. I see really no point in Obama showing his birth certificate, because now Trump will just say it is fake. While if Obama didn't, Trump would have said that he is withholding his birth certificate because it does show that he was born outside of the US. :downs:

I heard his interview about his researchers in hawaii "not believing what they are finding".
