I had a copy of the original, full script for TDK. It says something like "Harvey Dent lay on the ground, [b]dead[/b]."

I would like to elaborate on what Ixius was saying. I think that David Hyde Pierce has that intellectual demeanor that Johnny Depp lacks that I should have in films.That's the reason why i couldn't sit through Batman Forever. They were trying to make him smart but didn't quite pull it off. But i'm not saying johnny depp is cartoonish, I just can't quite picture him portraying a smart character.
