Like the fella once said Ain't that a kick in the head (User was banned for this post ("Don't post just to put your epic zinger, reference or pun." - rilez))
I think there might be a pattern emerging involving plainclothes/undercover cops and various shittery. IIRC the cops in the Eric Garner and Sean Bell cases were plainclothes/undercover as well, and the nature of the job does tend to allow cops to be more shit than if they were in uniform.
Holy shit, that magnification. I had no idea helicopter cameras could do that.
I used to be heavily into Karate (even won 1st and 2nd place trophies n' shit at nationals back in the day), and I can say that's one of the biggest things we were taught. Controlling your anger and emotions is just as important as learning how to pluck someone's goddamn eye out... which feels a tad bit ironic at times... but yeah... you get my point... I don't, actually. I forgot where I was going with this.
Never done martial arts but even I know that discipline and control are the most important aspects. I really think the guy who delivered the kick should be sacked or at least suspended. There's no excuse for this regardless of what the guy they were chasing did.
