Do you honestly see a life saving medical procedure as being any way equivalent to wearing a certain type of clothes?
are religious rights not equal to religious rights?

The more I read this statement the more nonsensical it gets. Sorry for all the edits, but I keep asking myself why I even responded at all. Of course the definition of a word is the same as it's own definition.
No? I can't go kill someone whether my religion demands it or not. The key here is that children don't have the right to wear whatever they want. No right is being infringed by enforcing a certain type of clothing.
I think there is an infringement on the right of the child to develop in a safe and secure environment if they are being forced to wear things that they do not want to at all.
Of course not. I sure haven't made that claim, are you?
i'm saying that if you fight for religious rights, be it any kind of religious right, shouldn't you, realistically, be opposed to legislation like this, and like the legislation stopping someone from getting life saving treatment?

Point to where my argument was ever based on religious rights.
I'm obviously not arguing that ANY and ALL religious tradition should be allowed, no matter what.
how is that obvious?
how is that obvious?
Because I never said it. How about you read what I wrote instead of what you think I probably meant?

you didn't and I wasn't replying to you like you did. i was asking a question of you, if you want to take that as an affront against you, whatever bud. I'm literally just asking a question.

OK, because random, non-sequitur questions are perfectly normal in a discussion about a specific topic.

okay well at least you agree with me that they're perfectly okay
i mean you're right, there's no way in hell a question about religious rights in a topic about religious rights, could ever be about religious rights, you're right?
