So you're a vegetable that wants to use tax payers money? bad luck man if only people handed out $3000+ a month for free
"Bad luck"? What are you saying? I should wither away and die in excruciating pain for the remainder of my life? How can you be so cold hearted? That wasn't a hypothetical by the way, I really am in that situation.
Seriously, what the fuck is going on howwww this is so hilariously crazy I just can't wrap my head around this whole mess.
Trump announces he's running for President, everyone laughs at him. Trump starts taking parts in the Republican debates, everyone laughs at him. Trump wins the nomination, people still laugh at him only just a little less (and a little nervously)
He says a bunch of stupid shit in the mean time before the presidential debates, everyone laughs at him STILL
He does the debates, does poorly compared to Clinton, says and does stupid shit, and everyone laughs at him. THEN the actual election comes and he fucking wins.
how, the fuck

could have been historical lean of voting, and confirmation as counts started that ballots leaned heavily in one direction over another. odd to call that early still

Seriously? Alright, yeah, just let the disabled die. Social Darwinism only ever creates good.
What is wrong with your brain?
Maybe in 4 years people will have got it into their heads that talking down to people is counterproductive to your victory? Brexit should have tought them that, but it didn't. I'm indifferent to either Trump or Clinton being elected but, after seeing the amount of smug, holier-than-thou pillocks on this forum that were on such a high horse about Clinton and acting like petulant children any time an opposing viewpoint arose, I'd be lying out my teeth if I said I don't feel a bit of satisfaction at what's going on now.
I'll just say that Bernie Sanders was a stellar presidential candidate and a great guy, he was better than any of these two utter clowns, but you can thank Hillary & Co. for tossing a great candidate under the rug and leaving us with two bad memes.
Trump will probably not make America great again, but at least Facepunch will be a bit better thanks to all those buffoons who toxx'd themselves into getting banned if Trump was made president.
it's not just trump supporters that feels vindicated when they see the other side being smug and dishonest

they certainly are to donald "we got some bad hombres here" trump.
I do realize that. My point is, you know who to blame for Trump's victory. The Hillary campaign. All that 4D frame shift drive backgammon didn't work out quite how they expected. They caused this. So don't be angry at enormous and vague groups of people.
Why would I blame anyone except the individuals who walked into a voting booth and bubbled in Trump as opposed to everyone else on the paper?
All illegal immigrants are one color to you?
I actually can't believe there's a post trying to pull smelt it dealt it racism on a blatantly sarcastic statement.

Unlikely. Colorado has "Historically" been democrat for one, maybe two elections.
Well, I did Toxx on Trump not winning, and then I lost. It's been real, folks.

survival of the fittest and all that is all that matter to Republicans who espoused trickle down economics in the form of Ronald Reagan and bootstraps first as well
i don't know what's so hard about not picking a garbage degree that has nearly nil potential.
I only had about 1 semester of my college funds saved up before getting into school, I realized this before being admitted and applied for as many scholarships as I possibly could.
Was able to get a few (quite a few scholarships go unclaimed every year, seriously apply for as many as you can) I got a job, I put some money into a savings accounts for things like Medical Emergencies, I put a little bit of spending money so I don't go crazy, I put a little bit into my car, utilities, etc.
College is really not as black and white as get degree get job. Most careers in the 21st century taking winding paths of multiple occupations that often have little to nothing to do with their major. I have friends that work at google with english majors. The job market is so diverse with the plethora of career paths that students choose to take, so its really more about what your credentials, experience, and connections are than what major you decided to choose. Of course, there are still cakewalk conveyor belt majors like Computer Science that hold the hands of the students every step of the way, but not everyone can or wants to be a computer scientist.
And listen. You say you "only" had one semester of college funds saved up. That is MUCH more than most people can hope to say. Once again, I posit the question: have you considered that not everyone has the same opportunities as you?
I cant believe it. Meme magic is real, and I now bow to kek. What a wild ride

Funny you mention, that I have tried to kill myself before, was sent to a "Behavioral Hospital" for a few months.
Diagnosed ASPD, ADD, and Anxiety.
I learned to use a combination of Medication and Coping skills to work through your problems instead of trying to kill yourself every time something bad happens.
Hey look, protesters already.
Look, I don't know what kind of case needs to be presented to you for you to realize this is a problem. Fuck it, I'll present my own.
I'm transgender, have less than 50% of my medications covered by insurance, and come from parents whose poor financial decisions have left me with basically no money. Something else is also fucky with me but I don't have the money to look at it. I'm currently taking 20 credits per term to get through this degree as fast as possible, and am working as an IT administrator for an entire college under this university, working the maximum time I can by law in what I currently believe is the highest paying job I can hold down on campus.
All in all, its still barely enough. Your average student does a fuckton less with far worse financial planning, and can afford it due to forestalled consequences, better financial position, or GOVERNMENT HELP. Like it or not, the government's current protections are far more widely used and necessary than you give them credit for.
What percentage of people needs to be fucked for ample support to be on the table?
The Trump solution? No more spending on that 50% of medication not covered by insurance - great, right? Instead, you're going to conversion therapy for being a deviant.
Like, not even joking - that's Pence's position on LGBT rights. Federal funding for conversion therapy. This is worse than federal funding for abstinence sex ed - this is therapy that doesn't just say that "sex is unsafe don't do it," it says you are a morally wrong person for being who you are.
Anyone who thinks Trump will do anything but tear down LGBT rights as much as possible is deluded.

You have to realize it was always going to be like this on both sides. There was no way it was going to be a humble win. Hillary called half of Trump's voterbase helpless degenerates, and Trump is.. very ridiculous to begin with. It only gets worse in the voterbase.
survival of the fittest and all that is all that matter to Republicans who espoused trickle down economics in the form of Ronald Reagan and bootstraps first as well
Meritocracy above all else seems more optimistic than a caste system like in your country.
In this election what I'm the most disappointed in is people who are quick to throw away people they used to call "friends" just because they voted for "the other person". Genuinely heartbreaking. My two cents: if you break up a friendship because of something like that, you never really thought of the other person as a friend at all.

Facepunch and Reddit are, surprisingly, not indicative of the whole US voter-base.
Terrifying.
