The pic of this guy is everywhere...
I'm not going to pretend that I would understand the frustration and grief of dealing with this sort of thing, whether being a victim of it or knowing a victim of it, all the way to actually losing someone too it.
Just know that regardless of your motivation, saying things like that you hope he gets raped in prison only serves to cheapen the seriousness of prison rape and why it's prevalence in American prison culture is a travesty of justice.
Prison rape is a serious issue, and a big problem of the American correctional system. But my only, only point, was that that punishment would more befit the crime than a death sentence. For the precise reason that being confined to that is being confined to one of the worst punishments this country has to offer, be it a sponsored part of the justice system or otherwise.
In other news, my friend who was missing came up on the list. 18 years old. R.I.P. man.

You have my condolences man.
I know I've never met you, and I'm just some random voice on the internet, but know that I'm truly sorry for your loss.

FUCK. What the fuck is happening to this world? This story literally makes me sick...
Bill Oriely just blamed the parents of the 6-year-old child that got shot, quoting (roughly):
It's because of the parents, they didn't want to pay the $15 an hour fee to hire a babysitter, and they though they could save money by just taking the child to the movie
That pissed me right the fuck off

Typical journalists that don't know their head from their ass.

even though i hate bill oreilly he wasn't "blaming them" he just was explaining "parents took their children because baby sitters are expensive and they couldn't afford it."

When I heard it it sounded like he was condoning the actions of the parents.
I'm sure he asked them and that's exactly what they said though, I know Bill wouldn't make batshit crazy assumptions about people and say them on his show...
What a downer of a page king. Sorry guys.

Well from what i've seen he's not the most intelligent man
Also he did interview the father, who was anonymous, but he mainly asked how he was feeling on the situation.
Thank everybody though.

Why are you apologizing?

Words can not express the amounts of rage and sadness that go through my body whenever I see posts like this. My condolences, man.

That's fucked up man, i feel really sorry for you.
This is just an awful event and it makes me sick to think about it.
And zzzZZZZ, my condolences. May your friend rest in peace.

This has convinced me: Bill O'Riely is a bad person.
A disgusting human being.
But what truly horrifies me is that, after making this remark, there will still be people who will defend him.
Surreal. I go to that exact theater all the time with my dad. I know a few people around there that I haven't been in contact with lately, I really hope none of them were there.
Nah man, you would probably know if someone you knew was there
[editline]20th July 2012[/editline]
I drove by the town center where the theater is today. It was all cordoned off, but I got a couple of somewhat crappy pictures of what's going on there now. I'll upload them soon
So that journalist that died...apparently she escaped the shooting in Toronto last month. Today she was shot in the leg but died from a headshot. Fuck this world... I am so suck of humans.
Also this picture is popping up all over facebook:

Uhh, this is the only one I've seen.

This is the closest entrance to the theater. Left after the traffic light is the theater parking lot, there's a bunch of cars with a dumpster and junk laying around (didn't get a picture of that). Those tents in the background are where the reporters/news journalists are set up:

More reporters, they've got some pretty intense stuff set up there:

Wish I could've taken better pictures, there were shitloads of cops there though and I really didn't want to attract attention
I went to the mall to pick up my paycheck today, actually.
The mall's closed, and squad cars are posted at every entrance to the entire complex, mall, theater, and all.
Yeah, there are cops all over. There was a bunch of them scattered throughout the parking lots, and a few patrolling on foot around the theater, and a couple walking on the sidewalks on Sable blvd?
