University Hospital have confirmed the 3 month old has been treated and released.
Thank the almighty everything.
Pretty much. I have a gas mask that I could've easily put on and done the same image. It's just some kid trying to get a bit of internet fame and stir things up.
That's fucking pathetic, though. Why would you use something so horrible and sad for a little self fame over the internet? Those are the types of people who really need to find a damn hobby.
No. People want him to be known, to be famous so he can be shamed. The victims, the people involved want to know this man's name. He should be brought to the spotlight.
That really raises a question though. Can people that go on random spree killings ever really feel shame or regret for their actions? I mean, someone that just loses it briefly and kills one or two people is one thing, its spontaneous and brief. But with something like this where there is just such callous disregard and apparently some level of prior planning, can they every really be made to care about what they did?

thank god the baby is ok
University Hospital have confirmed the 3 month old has been treated and released.
Fuck yeah

But here's thing, he's literally hated by probably everyone now, when the cellmates find out about this, boy is he going to have fun.

Why would you promote them when it's giving them exactly what they want?
Amelia Earheart! Finally! She turned up as a news reporter!
I've just come back from seeing the movie. What a shame to hear about this. I hope the injured people will be alright.
That may be exactly what he wants though. Naming and shaming doesn't help anyone but the perpetrator.
Exactly. Being known is what the dude wants. He wants this to have an effect on as many people as possible. He wants to spread fear and mass hysteria. When a bridge collapsed some several years ago, there were millions across the country that for months afterwards (and some still today) that refused to go across a bridge for fear that that bridge would collapse too. After 9/11 people didn't want to fly at all for a while, and then TSA, and we're still dealing with that.
That's a nice sentiment, but psychologist studies have shown that this tends to lead to further shootings. Other people who are on the edge who are depressed, lonely, feel insignificant and are thinking about doing this themselves see "this guy succeeded, everyone's paying attention to him now, he's famous, he's a martyr, I want to be like him" Like I showed in that video I posted further up the page.
In this case yes it's bad but people still want to know - so make it classified - tell people who should know like the victims family and soon enough it'll be leaked Theres no way to really hide it
In this case yes it's bad but people still want to know - so make it classified - tell people who should know like the victims family and soon enough it'll be leaked Theres no way to really hide it
Nobody's saying to hide it. We're saying don't put it on a pedestal and parade it for days so everybody and their dead grandmothers know. If everybody knew that would restrain him from any other future activity, while not giving him the fame he wants
A guy on the live stream just said the man was using a shotgun, but other people are saying the man was shooting an AK and two handguns. Something fishy is going on.

It's going to happen unfortuenly
The media wants to shame them, so does twitter, facebook, reddit, tumblr etc.. It's going to happen unfortuenly
Doesn't make it right.
Doesn't make it right.
Of course not but whose going to listen?
A guy on the live stream just said the man was using a shotgun, but other people are saying the man was shooting an AK and two handguns. Something fishy is going on.
How do you figure? The shooting happened only a few hours ago, in a dark movie theater with everyone in panic and confusion and you expect people to give accurate descriptions of what weapons the guy was using? I'm pretty sure all they wanted to do was get out alive. As it is most people don't know shit about firearms. Have a little compassion instead of examining every minor inconsistency from scared, shocked survivors. Also I heard somewhere it was an "AK 47 shotgun" So it's entirely possible the guy has a Saiga which is basically just a shotgun variant of the AK series. [t]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/10/Saiga-12K-040-02-with_Cobra.jpg[/t] These are trivial details anyway though, it doesn't even matter. It's over now, I just feel bad for the victims.
here is james holmes everyone...maybe
Looks like a chill dude, wonder what his motive was And this actually him?
This is absolutely terrible. My heart goes out to the family of those killed and of those injured. Aside from physical harm, this could cause some really bad psychology harm to anyone who was in that cinema. It's horrible that 15 people were killed, but thankfully it wasn't more. A crowded cinema is a terrible and disorientating place to be in, in a time of panic. It's depressing things like this happen, and people actively commit these terrible crimes, for whatever their reason.
Nobody's said if he has had a criminal history, so we're not really sure yet
He's got a parking ticket before
This guy said he was pretty much next to the guy just as he was throwing the gas nades, he said he got out by falling on the ground and playing dead.
I'm more baffled by how it's "fishy" how is it fishy? It's perfectly understandable for there to be inconsistences this early into the whole event. Also check my post again. It could have been a Saiga which is literally just a shotgun variant of the AK series.
You're a fucking idiot.
What
