How convenient. You know, not when he was a massive business man, not when he had his own reality TV shows... no, nows the time to do it.
what a courageous time to break the silence :)
I wonder if she's just plain money hungry or if she's being paid off by someone.
Don't forget 30 years after it allegedly happen in the first case and on the same day as a big wikileaks dump.
I mean I can understand the skepticism about a 30 year old claim, but what's the relevance with a wikileaks dump? Are you trying to imply some kind of wikileaks conspiracy against Trump? :what:
Sorry if this has been declared a stupid opinion but honestly it still weirds me out that the rape accusations only came out RIGHT after the leaked recording. I don't doubt the accusations because of it, but I just believe it was a mega poor time to come out about it
Hasn't this person been trying to take Donald to court for years?
i think the leaked recording makes it even more sensible to come out about it, you have it in his own words him talking about sexual assault so it will help with people believing you.
He is on tape saying he sexually assaults women, the chances that all 30 or so women are all made up is slim to none.
Hasn't this person been trying to take Donald to court for years?
this is related to the jeffrey epstein case, and this specific lawsuit was filed in april
He on tape saying he sexually assaults women, the chances that all 30 or so women are all made up is slim to none.
absolutely, he's a disgusting human being with horrible views about women, especially young women. not surprising.

Not entirely unbelievable. It certainly wouldn't be the first time something like that was done.
Sorry if this has been declared a stupid opinion but honestly it still weirds me out that the rape accusations only came out RIGHT after the leaked recording. I don't doubt the accusations because of it, but I just believe it was a mega poor time to come out about it
I made a pretty long post about this kind of thing a couple of weeks ago, let me dig it up.
To be fair "why bring this up now!???" is a terrible argument as to whether you should believe someone or not. Ive seen people i'm very close to go through this kind of thing, and I know exactly why they come forward ~"when it's suspiciously well timed!" Imagine you are sexually abused by a dude: You are ashamed it has happened, It's humiliating, dehumanising, You feel the injustice of the fact they are getting away with it, but you know nobody will believe you and speaking out will cause more harm to you in the long run due to the stigma attached to rape victims. You don't want to be accused of lying, you don't want people to call you gay/a slut. And most of all you don't want to face retribution from the attacker himself, who has made it clear several times that he will ruin you if you say anything. Years pass and you finally put the whole episode from your mind, It still hurts if you remember it, but you try not to. Then the same dude appears on TV (in the paper, in conversation within your friendship circle), apparently he's raped someone else, and people believe him/her. Maybe you can just let them come forward, get justice indirectly without coming forward yourself. Then you notice that there is a growing sentiment that he/she ~made it all up~ and that this horrible guy who hurt you, who you know is capable of these acts is "the real victim here". Your sense of injustice, and feeling that there is genuinely a side opposing your attacker finally overcomes your fear, and you speak out about it, adding your voice to those who have come forward.
TL;DR: If you got raped by some super-rich asshole at a point in time where nobody took rape allegations seriously, lived with it for years thinking you couldn't do anything about it, and then suddenly you started seeing the guy getting torn apart for doing something similar to someone else- would you not also feel emboldened about speaking out?.
I made a pretty long post about this kind of thing a couple of weeks ago, let me dig it up. Their victims didn't believe they'd be taken seriously for decades but once the respective scandals emerged, more people spoke out (and there were plenty of legitimate claims.) It's not so unusual for victims to come forward in situations like this, so it doesn't harm the validity of these current allegations.
I, too, am okay with slander when its consequences favor my interests
It's only slander if proven false.
in trumps case, yes i am fine with it. guy's an absolute scumbag no matter how you try to spin it.
What about Bill Clinton?
What about Bill Clinton?
This has nothing to do with Bill Clinton.
These (potential) victims also likely felt intimidated by Trump in the past, because of his tendencies to throw enormous amounts of money at litigation until it's hushed and the person is destroyed. he wasn't really in the public eye the way that most celebrities were, and now that he is, any action will be very public, preventing their livelihoods from being snuffed through shady tactics.
What about Bill Clinton?
who?
What about Bill Clinton?
Is this a real post Do you have capability of independent thought, or is your brain a flowchart?
she is the one who has to prove her claims though
That's precisely why it's not slander. It would be if her claims are proven false, but right now we have no way of knowing either way, so they're just allegations for now.
This timing is so perfect it reeks of bullshit.
This timing is so perfect it reeks of bullshit.
People like you are why rape victims don't come forward about this shit.
This has nothing to do with Bill Clinton.
If your morals make Trump distasteful because of his sexual predation, surely Bill Clinton's should do the same. He will be having a role in Hillary's administration whether you like it or not.
If your morals make Trump distasteful because of his sexual predation, surely Bill Clinton's should do the same. He will be having a role in Hillary's administration whether you like it or not.
donald trump is running for president
If your morals make Trump distasteful because of his sexual predation, surely Bill Clinton's should do the same. He will be having a role in Hillary's administration whether you like it or not.
Assuming both have substantiated claims, I would rather a president who knows, than one who is a rapist.
donald trump is running for president
Your responses aren't exactly that inquisitive.
and making false claims should help with that right
are you saying she's lying about getting raped as a child?
Your responses aren't exactly that inquisitive.
what else can be said to 'donald trump may be a child rapist but _____' what sort of response do you want? take a look at yourself
If your morals make Trump distasteful because of his sexual predation, surely Bill Clinton's should do the same. He will be having a role in Hillary's administration whether you like it or not.
This still has literally nothing to do with Bill Clinton.
and making false claims should help with that right
You're literally assuming that they are false, though.
and making false claims should help with that right
Assuming a claim is false right off the bat well DEFINITELY help, I'm sure.
You're hearing someone say "I was raped as a child" and you are responding with "PFFT! Obviously fake. You're obviously a shillary supporter!" A degree of hesitancy to jump to conclusions is prudent but to be honest you just sound like a fucking awful person.
Assuming both have substantiated claims, I would rather a president who knows, than one who is a rapist.
Well he isn't confirmed to be a rapist. Also nice try with "knows," it is more like supported, taken advice from, cooperated with, and currently relies on for her political career.
This still has literally nothing to do with Bill Clinton.
I am sure if one of Donald Trump's sons had a substantiated sexual predation history you would just totally ignore that too.
