Tried to tell my mother about this article.
"The article is just written by the FDA or someone to get you back into their industry of medicine."
Welp goodbye health :suicide:
The only vitamin I've noticed a good effect from is melatonin as a great sleep aid.
Judging by the quality of this article your mother may not be incorrect.
Eh, I'm not buying into this. There's plenty of evidence that getting more than enough of certain vitamins is a good thing.
You just have to know what those are and what aren't.
I was incredibly super-depressed for about six months from last summer to this spring, where I often would sit in bed all day and not do ANYTHING all day. It got pretty bad at some points.
A friend of mine suggested taking Vitamin D supplements since I wasn't really get out that much and I figured the only way I could go from here is up. So I started taking them.
Within 2-3 weeks I was feeling better. Three months have passed since then and I feel A LOT better then I did back then. All I know is that Vitamin D probably had something to do with it, so they can't be all that bad like the article tends to suggest.
