Who cares at this point Guns should be allowed because it's a freedom. We all like freedoms right?
I don't own a gun and I manage to somehow not live in fear from being murdered in my bed, seeing as it doesn't happen very often
But if it did, you would not be prepared. It's your choice, though.
All my guns have a round in the chamber. What difference does that make if you aren't pointing it at people and pulling the trigger? None. [editline]06:12PM[/editline] So is a stick. Anything can be a weapon.
Yes but a stick wasn't designed with the intention of killing someone How do you not get this?
Yes but a stick wasn't designed with the intention of killing someone How do you not get this?
A sword was, though.
Yes but a stick wasn't designed with the intention of killing someone How do you not get this?
My kimber was designed with the intention of winning pistol competitions, not killing people. How do you not get this?
But if it did, you would not be prepared. It's your choice, though.
I'd imagine that a burglar for example would be more likely to kill me in my sleep if he knew I had a gun
I'd imagine that a burglar for example would be more likely to kill me in my sleep if he knew I had a gun
Thing is, they don't. And if they don't know the dangerous ones, they are less likely to steal. If they know no one is a threat, they'll be more likely to burgle.
QUICK STOCK UP OBAMAS A ZOMBIE AND IS GOING TO BITE EVERYONE /caps
A sword was, though.
I dunno much about sword laws, I didn't think people could have sharp swords I thought only blunt display ones were allowed
My kimber was designed with the intention of winning pistol competitions, not killing people. How do you not get this?
Owning a firearm of any sort automatically makes you a bloodthirsty redneck, didn't you know? :smug:
I'd imagine that a burglar for example would be more likely to kill me in my sleep if he knew I had a gun
Why would he risk getting killed to break into your house?
Thing is, they don't.
In fact they rarely kill anyone at all They come to steal not kill Which is why you don't need a gun [editline]11:18PM[/editline]
Why would he risk getting killed to break into your house?
So does America have no house break-ins?
I dunno much about sword laws, I didn't think people could have sharp swords I thought only blunt display ones were allowed
Anyone can have a sword last time I checked.
In fact they rarely kill anyone at all They come to steal not kill Which is why you don't need a gun
So you'd rather be robbed than threaten someone? Okay...
Guns are fun
In fact they rarely kill anyone at all They come to steal not kill Which is why you don't need a gun [editline]11:18PM[/editline] So does America have no house break-ins?
If someone breaks into my house and they think i'm going to let them go off with my stuff their sadly mistaken.
In fact they rarely kill anyone at all They come to steal not kill Which is why you don't need a gun [editline]11:18PM[/editline] So does America have no house break-ins?
Why do you need a gun? Why do you need anything hobby related or fun? We still do because there's a 50/50 chance the person is unarmed. And usually they aren't going to intentionally break in to come face to face with the home's owner.
A Gun is an object You're the one with the Intention to hurt, harm or kill. [editline]06:20PM[/editline]
Guns don't kill people, nu-uh, I kill people, with guns.
nu-uh, I do :smug:
So you'd rather be robbed than threaten someone? Okay...
No I'd rather be robbed than shot
If someone breaks into my house and they think i'm going to let them go off with my stuff their sadly mistaken.
Enjoy a long stay in jail. You're outside of legal reasoning and going into vigilantism. Anyone who says anything like this should be federally bared from ever owning a firearm.
In fact they rarely kill anyone at all They come to steal not kill Which is why you don't need a gun
Might as well unlock your door and give all your stuff away for free. Heck, you should make your house a public building.
Most thieves are gonna do a runner on being discovered anyway
Enjoy a long stay in jail. You're outside of legal reasoning and going into vigilantism.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Doctrine_in_the_United_States an American legal concept arising from English Common Law[1] that designates one's place of residence (or, in some states, any place legally occupied, such as one's car or place of work) as a place in which one enjoys protection from illegal trespassing and violent attack. It then goes on to give a person the legal right to use deadly force to defend that place :smug:
Most thieves are gonna do a runner on being discovered anyway
So if I walk into your house and take your computer, you're not going to care or attempt to stop me? Because if that's the case, leme know your address please.
Enjoy a long stay in jail. You're outside of legal reasoning and going into vigilantism. Anyone who says anything like this should be federally bared from ever owning a firearm.
Actually, even in CA, if someone is breaking into your house, you are legally allowed to shoot him. Called the Castle Doctrine if I'm correct.

If someone is walking/running away with your belongings and you shoot them, you've just committed murder. Beyond that, even if it is deemed legal, shooting an unarmed person who doesn't pose a threat to you is fucking ridiculous.
So if I walk into your house and take your computer, you're not going to care or attempt to stop me? Because if that's the case, leme know your address please.
No I lock my door
