I could've sworn those bills were de-commissioned after the currency stabilized a little more because they were worth an obscene amount of money at that time.
If not, he's got a good 280 million dollars according to the exchange rate above.
I saw that in the exchange rate too, but the bills are worthless, somehow.

Yeah I saw that back in 2009 the 100 trillion dollar bill was worth 300 bucks, but now is worthless. Had I have known it was worth that in '09, I would have sold it. Oh well, maybe it'll spike back up one day.
Still not understanding how the currency conversion says 100 trillion is worth like 280 million USD, yet the bill itself is worthless...
mugabe just started printing money until the mints ran out of paper, and by that time the money was worth less than the paper used to make it

for reference, the current exchange rate is 361900 Zimbabwean Dollars to 1 US Dollar.
They revalued their currency. The 100t bill is from the old denominations.

So different bills are worth different amounts regardless of the specific dollar amount? That's kind of retarded.
It's really weird to think that I as a borderline starving American citizen can still afford to double their entire country's budget.
I wonder how much it costs to mail 1 USD to Zimbabwe.... I could send their government a 5 dollar bill per month, and help support their country.

Ah, too sleepy to read correctly then. Fair enough.. I imagine they would appreciate it though.

if we pay our savings(atleast 1%), we will become superstars in Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe owning 217 USD is like Britain owning 1.6 Hyperbulililon GBP.
We should adopt their economic policies, they seem to be working.
It's probably because all their generals keep offering to put it in the bank account of random americans

Interesting how instead of some butt-ugly face they printed a pile of stones on the bill.
Why doesn't anyone buy Zimbabwe?
They have $7.7 billion of debt
