By deciding to take such pictures of a mom and her daughter together in underwear they OBVIOUSLY knew people would get mad. Plus, it's for a campaign (aka advertising) for a lingerie/swimwear label.

People making photos to piss stupid people off and make more money. Not the first time this happens, heh.
