Right down to the 24 hour delay, which allows soldiers to retreat so you don't have to kill or treat them yourself when you overrun the position, it is almost pure perfection in terms of chemical weapons. We (The US) do, technically, have the XM-7 spider mine system. But I'm not sure it sees much use.
