Won't happen.
I'm not entirely convinced the "uncontested arrival" would remain entirely uncontested outside Crimea. What kind of guarantee there is that Putin doesn't find it necessary to protect Russians elsewhere in Ukraine?
well considering the west is the one thats starting shit, from the russian pov yeah i'd want them to fire the first shots of war too
you make russia sound like some butthurt guy planning to kill his ex-girlfriend for committing the egregious crime of leaving him because he was an abusive asshole
Everybody knows the west is heavily involved in Ukraine. They want influence, so do the Russians. No treaty is going to stop this shit.
From Polish media (which are very much into the whole Ukraine affair) I've heard that they get those kinds of reports literally at least once every two hours. Apparently it hasn't actually come to offense yet, they may be warning shots or just panic.

We have like, multiple reporters there and 24/7 coverage. Poland helps out the Ukrainians in various ways, takes them into their hospitals, makes awareness raising marathons, stuff like that.
