yeah people are trying to make the conductor out to be a ~hero~ and that's pretty obviously wishful thinking.

However, there could certainly have been stuff sticking out further down the train so I can hardly blame the conductor for making the dumbass get out of the fucking way.

No one is a hero, there are only morons here.

The guy SHOULD NOT have been taking a 'selfie' so close to active train tracks. Without knowing the train he could have been clocked hard in the head, knocking him out or worse- knocking him down and potentially under the wheels of the train.

That being said, the Conductor took a BIG chance kicking the guy in the head, not only could this have come back at him legally (Welcome to America!), but if the speed had been a little faster or something behind his leg. he could have broken something, at least his ankle. In addition, if he had kicked a little differently, he could have seriously injured the guy regardless (Neck injury, anyone?)

BUT, the guy definitely deserved a kick to the skull.
