That certainly sounds like a big test on keeping the will to live. How I look at this condition has changed a bit from when I first heard of it. Before, it was the pretty unsurprising view of "Lol who would complain about that". But then you think, having orgasm after orgasm daily, it loses meaning, it loses the value of pleasure, and it becomes a burden instead of a gift. It's just hard to see that because even under somewhat extreme circumstances, such as a person fucking for hours and hours, there can still be pleasure from it.

This is extremely unfortunate. I remember hearing about her several times in the past. Since she was constantly physically aroused but not mentally aroused, doesn't that narrow it down to a neural error in her genitals and not her brain? Couldn't she have some sort of surgery to sever some of the neural connections in her genitals so she would at least stop feeling the arousal?

I know a person who used to have priapism. The only way they could fix it was to severely medicate him, and that pretty much ruined his livelihood. He eventually underwent a partial penectomy and it turned out to be a permanent fix. I cant even begin to image how hard it must be to have that condition FOR A FULL FLIPPING DECADE.
