There's more violence among Muslims in response to attacks on religious ideas than other other religious groups, at least recently. As for whether or not it's because of the religion, I'm not sure, but it seems easy to justify some of these actions with the Quran.

Because these particular fanatics vaguely justify their deeds by using Islam as an excuse, and they're controlled by spiritual leaders claiming to be Muslims (which they're clearly not as Islam prohibits killing anyone). Oh fuck, you might actually try to read something I've posted. The post in question was actually supporting Raidyr's point. And "took lessons" does not in any way mean "I blame Muslims". If I try and pull out something that certain maniac did, would it be his fault? My logic says it won't. Those I call "Islamists" are to blame only for their deeds, and Russian O. fanatics are at fault for their deeds.
