are you serious
you can't fucking blame her for being harassed because she wanted to be programmer
The joke being it's called GitHub and it's full of gits.
It's not about being emotionless. And I don't need to prove anything to anyone.
Work, your profession, is not the place for certain things. Going into a rage and picking up something then throwing it into a wall so it shatters- no room for that sort of behavior at work. Just because a guy rages online in games at home doesn't mean he can bring that to work.
Well, the same with stuff like crying. You don't cry in front of your co-workers, and sure as hell not in front of your boss or bosses, with the exception that you've suffered a serious physical injury, then by all means cry. You can't cry because of words though, that's lame.
She needs to prove her allegations. That's much easier to do the more reasonable she sounds. That's all I'm saying. Someone who wants me to take them seriously can't tell me "Then he said mean things and made me cry". Sorry, but that's where you lose me.
So basically verbal harassment isn't a thing now??? Words can hurt. People can attack and harass and offend with words. You can't tell me you've never felt negative emotions when people say bad things about you or directed towards you.
Also,

In a professional work environment (or ANY work environment) you shouldn't fucking have your coworkers harassing you.
