Clarkson isn't untouchable, but if you touch him say goodbye to a LOT of your money BBC.
Why can't the world just grow some balls

It's all about ratings, the crude people don't provide a significant enough portion towards ratings for our opinions to be heard properly.
The do gooders who flick through channels looking for something to complain about somehow have a bigger say.. But I guess that because they are the only ones to complain anyway
Clarkson makes Top Gear for me. I really don't know what else he's involved in as Top Gear and Doctor Who are the only shows I watch (on BBC America) so I'm pretty in the dark right now about how huge this scandal is but I'm having a hard time giving a shit. He practically makes the show, they can fuck it up if they want but I don't see what they gain, except for making TV less interesting to me, and trust me, it's already on its last legs for me.
I like that BBC is willing to stand up against a popular show. I don't like that they're doing it for a stupid reason.
Seriously, its Jeremy Clarkson.
For the most part anything that comes out of his mouth i don't even take that seriously.
The best part about Top Gear is that it's the last bastion of political incorrectness in the UK.
Every panel show ever? I've watched basically every episode of QI and they've never shied away from anything.
I love it how execs see stuff
"20 people complained about last night's episode. That means 20 billion people were angered by it. We must change things"
Best part is how I learned that "slope" is a racist word from someone pointing out the racism in it. Thanks oversensitive person! Now I can be extra racist!
Anyone considering writing in and complaining to the BBC about the way they are going about this, seeing as they take a minute amount of complaints on board?
I sure would.
If not just to warn them in a very apocalyptic way on how them changing the show would bring doom to them.
