You can't disprove Santa like that, that's like disproving god because a prayer didn't come true, and where something comes from as a tale has no bearing on whether or not it is true. Gravity IS a theory. It is possible that there is [i]something[/i] out there that causes things to be pulled towards each other, but humans just haven't thought of it.
The chances of that are very slim, true, but it's possible. This is the same with all "theories" that exist.

Gravity is a theory. The Law of Gravity is what describes how gravity, pulls you down. The Theory of Gravity explains WHY and HOW. Saying you don't believe in the Theory of Gravity means you disagree with HOW it works, not that it does. God damn, read some more.
