World's richest woman says the poor need to stop being jealous and work harder, and Australia should - Polidicks

The problem is that she has no goddamn clue how hard it is to be a miner, and that it's fucking pitiful that even though we have more than enough food to feed everyone properly in the entire world, we still have people that either starve to death or die of malnutrition and opportunistic diseases. She should consider doing something with that wealth. Maybe using it to lift people in Africa out of crippling poverty.

Over a decade of med school and working for fifty years expense free will only land you less than a thousandth of what this woman was given. A CEO can only affect broad business practices, when by and large the real decisions are made by lower levels of management.

wealth can't be generated out of nothing besides hard work. it doesn't happen that way, hard work isn't valued by anyone, you can't import or export hard work.
