This cunt of a dumb bitch is retarded.
She probably had a personal trainer, but then ate them when they didn't work hard enough to make her thin.
Maybe she tried to pay her trainer $2 a day.
Stupid woman has probably never worked. Anyone here ever work at a fast food joint? Not many people work harder, and they get paid chicken shit. Maybe she wants to start a new fast food chain that pays $40 an hour? I didn't think so
typical fat jokes bullshit article and title btw. rinehart's acknowledging a serious economic point - trade globalisation has meant that wages for unskilled labor in developed countries is under threat due to the lower wages of equally-competent unskilled labor in less-developed countries, ultimately causing the wages of the former group to fall and the wages of the lower group to rise. not to mention i hardly think she's implying there shouldn't be a minimum wage, she's merely stating that if australian labor wants to continue being more expensive, it needs to be efficient enough to make it worth its while. e: inb4 "hurr i bet she doesn't work" shit too late. i'm sure gina rinehart became the richest woman in the world by doing nothing all day - or does only manual labor qualify as "work" now?
This women is full of shit. I quit drinking and started working overtime. Still in the negatives. Or maybe it's just because I live in America. :(
I wonder if she is dumb enough to not hire bodyguards after this.
that math isn't even correct!!
It is if you round off everything to 2 significant figures The result is that her publicist made their client seem poorer than she actually is Anyway, she's a cunt and I hope she realizes how stupid she sounds
This fat bitch needs a reality check. Africans get two dollar pay checks because they live in third world, under developed nations. America use to be like that, but guess what? Money, technology, and standard of living changed. Innovative technologies created economic and industrial booms that raised the standard of living. Why would we ever want to revert back to subsistence level standard of living? Why would we want to live like the Waltons or like the African miners you see in National Geographic?
I just love hearing from insanely rich people like this because of how inhumanely disconnected from our world they are.
"I can't compete" or "I could be making more money?" If she is having a hard time competing why is she the richest woman on earth?
ugh she looks like a fat female gordon ramsay rotten personality, hideous appearance, are there any redeeming qualities to be found here??
Welcome to the new feudal system.
The first woman president of united state of America. She is rich, smart and successful is what you need most Americans
She wouldn't last fifiteen minutes mining.
jealous of the wealthy should drink less and work harder.

She inherited a fortune now estimated to be worth about $18 billion
Sounds like she knows a lot about hard work.
Sounds like she knows a lot about hard work.
I don't know man, paperwork can be exhausting
Interesting logic there. To say "if you work hard, you'll make money." and then fighting the idea of any one actually getting paid for working.
I hope she steps on a lego brand building block or two
Dude, thats a bit too much don't you think?
The first woman president of united state of America. She is rich, smart and successful is what you need most Americans
And willing to walk on anyone to reach her objective. Exactly what they need.
Perhaps not, of course people are less likely to complain about them because they come to be the generic more affluent people, wherein people don't attribute negative stigma against them, and to be honest its not as easy to be jealous of someone who can't necessarily do anything they want. Of course, people often are still jealous of anyone who makes over 100k, and it really just carries over to those that makes an incredible amount of money (1 mil a year+), they just get more angsty and jealous towards them for some reason. if this wasn't true, then we wouldn't have all these people on FP complaining about various rich people, wherein their complaints generally are related to their affluency or success, such as Mitt Romney, Steve Jobs, pop singers, other executive workers that say things they don't agree with, they treat these people with a heightened aggression because they...are jealous. tl;dr, they are jealous of anyone who makes more than them.
It isn't so much jealousy as it is watching someone piss money they earn by literally taking a piss and selling it. In the case of Romney, he gets a shitload of cash out of nowhere, and then wants to get elected to further fuck the people who already have it hard in life while he and everyone else on the upper class have it easier. This is rule of thumb with politicians just about anywhere on the planet (correct me if I'm wrong) Steve Jobs, if I remember it right, even has a movie about how he started Apple by stealing the products of other people and if I remember it right, gives absolutely nothing to charity even. Pop singers mostly shit some fucked up song about how they are idiots who do nothing in life but party and get money for it, and then get money for it. While all of that happens, some coal miner is risking his life to feed his children, with minimum wage and shit conditions, not to mention the fact that mines are probably one of the most dangerous places to work. And then we get people like this fat hog saying the average joes should get even less and work even more? Why am I even explaining this to supposedly you? Not only wont you see this, I shouldn't even need to explain this.
Why don't we take all of her undeserved wealth and redistribute it for society to fairly use?
and feed her to starving African children
and feed her to starving African children
Their palate isn't used to such fatty foods
Pfft, if she was that rich you'd think she could at least afford a neck
She spent that money on 3 chins
I'm not normally one to pick at someone's appearance but she seems just as ugly on the outside as she is inside. What a bitch, African wages? Seriously? Making that sound like a good thing? I hate it when wealthy people go on about how the poor should just "work harder". As if finding a job in the first place even wasn't hard enough these days.
