thisispain retarded (somehow logical) logic loops
"why did he post this on reddit thisispain?"

:D
i'm just teasing you seith
nope fuck it
Hmm while I think this is wrong the thing that's worrying me is that if stuff like this is made illegal could it then be bent to mean that taking a photo or filming in public will lead to legal repercussions?
Now, I personally find Creepshots morally objectionable, but I don't think we're in any place to try to make them stop doing what they're doing. Fetishes are fetishes, and while some are a little more strange than others, there's no helping them. What's the difference between seeing a picture of a girl in a bikini online, and going outside and seeing someone in a bikini? The only real discernible thing here is that rather than storing the hot girl in their minds, they're taking a picture of it and uploading it to the Internet.
Again, it's morally wrong to me, but morals are ultimately subjective in nature. What you find right is clearly not what they find right.
There's a gap between keeping that image in your mind and posting pictures of a girl's ass on the net (and oh lord, what part of the web, the one full of weird fucks) without her knowing and consent. That's both disturbing and disrespectful to the max.

You're so cool I bet you have 47 chromosomes.
Totally and utterly deserved.
I dunno, ryu-gi seems at least a LITTLE BIT normal compared to them.
Ryu-Gi improved a lot, I haven't seen him being a creep since his unban

With this logic, you could be both disturbing and disrespectful for watching a girl in a bikini walk along the beach for a longer than it takes to catch a quick glimpse. It's one thing to be creepy as fuck and just take the photos, but it's another boundary to post them online. I personally would be okay if they just kept the pictures to themselves rather than posting them publicly.

Uh, that's what I was saying.
Except that you can easily forget about how nice that girl's ass was, when a picture will stay on your harddrive for as long as you want, without the knowing and consent of said girl. When you're aware you can be watched by guys by walking around in a bikini, you just deal with it; that's not really the case when someone pulls a camera and take a photo to wank over it later.
There's no way we could make those illegal I'm afraid, but I'm pretty sure we can on the "uploading on the internet for public use w/o consent" part.
I know that freedom of speech doesn't really apply, but what if they want it to? Maybe not legally they have to abide by it, but they just want it.
That said, ban it if they want to ban it, I don't care.

If uploading photos online without permission of someone in frame is made illegal then good luck ever going on vacation and posting pictures of your trip on facebook.
