Politics...
...Really now? That's... Politics gets more idiotic everyday sometimes.
Everyday sometimes.
Idiots elect idiots because they understand stupid, anyone with even the smallest level of intelligence is cast away because they "don't understand" or it "scares them". Wasn't surprised it was a Texan though.
These guys make god look like some retard fucking shit up in Sim City or something. I don't know how they want people to have respect in them.

Don't worry, he'll reload a save sooner or later.

Great.
It seems almost no one on facepunch actually understands what an 'Act of God' is...
It seems almost no one on facepunch actually understands what an 'Act of God' is...
Well, no shit sherlock as 90% of what facepunch knows about religion is in generally biased, wrong, or torn out of context.

Don't worry, he'll reload a save sooner or later.
Where is evidence that today is more shit happening that is not the fault of mankind than before? You really think a blown up oilrig is god being bored?
act of capitalism
More like act of cost-cutting and no regulations.
this oil spill was an act of god me murdering safety inspectors and replacing them with human-android prototypes in an attempt to take down the government and rule the world had nothing to do with it I swear
Ffs, in insurance terms act of god = freak accident. It's just semantics these people are pissed about. It's like the ridiculous arguments against "Nation under god" in the US pledge of allegiance and "in god we trust" on the dollar bills.
Governor? [editline]09:24AM[/editline] If it was some other minor offical, I wouldn't care, but the Governor of Texas?
Come on now, surely something like this was bound to happen
Where is evidence that today is more shit happening that is not the fault of mankind than before? You really think a blown up oilrig is god being bored?
It's a joke. By an atheist. Why so serious, Joker?
What a tard.
I'm Texan and I fucking love this state. Rick Perry is a gigantic retard though. He gives us a really bad name. I have no idea how he got elected, go into any of the big cities here and pretty much everyone hates him.
Yes, in the more Urban areas people don't generally vote for him, and he's lost the Latino areas. However the way he keeps in power is that he appeals to conservative suburban areas and rural reaches, and proving oneself to be conservative is enough to get elected in Texas. Perry's a wanker anyways. I wish someone would go and burn down the governor's mansion again, and see if he calls that an act of god.
holy shit, Perry has this. Well in that case DRILL BABY DRILL
Rigged Voting Machines did.
The voting machines were fine, the election process was weaselly though.
"Keep in mind that the last spill of this magnitude was in 1979, and that's 31 years ago," Why doesn't this mind set apply to nuclear power plants?
Texas be fuckin wack Callin this accident a holy attack! Oil n' shit, everywhere God din't do it, cuz he ain't there!
Well, at least nobody blamed the Jews this time.
Yea, I'm sure God would love to kill all his little innocent sea creatures that had to die because of this.
Governor? [editline]09:24AM[/editline] If it was some other minor offical, I wouldn't care, but the Governor of Texas?
It's Texas... The same state that wrote out Thomas Jefferson and replaced him with some religious nutjob
Some massive hand just reached out of a rather large yellow portal in a cloud and flicked the oil rig with it's forefinger did it? Mmmmkay.
I'll never understand politics
