Yeah, but if they get the same or similar people who made the verdict on the previous case, say goodbye to the Samsung phones. Next thing you know, they will try banning every smartphone because of it being rectangular, having a touchscreen, and sliding to unlock.

Really want to see an informed judge say screw you to Apple and actually temporary ban the iPhone, or even say both of them are fucking idiots and punish both of them.
