This could turn interesting. Since the drug would be legal in the state but banned by federal law. California is essentially using it's 10th amendment right to pass laws overriding federal legislation that isn't permitted by the constitution.

That won't happen, and it's not the FDA that does it it's the DEA that does that shit, the sate wouldn't care as it takes months to grow weed and in the meantime people willl be buying it at stores.

I've just quit untill november, and i can assure you i haven't been wanting to smoke at all since i stooped, it also doesn't matter if they "wan't to smoke" because that doesn't mean they HAVE TO smoke, there is a huge difference between the two, it's like saying i want to kill someone is just as bad as actually killing someone.
And all drugs should be legalized, it's not up to the government to regulate what we do, if anything it's there reponsibility to teach us about it in schools so we can make good choices about it.
also meth and speed are the same things :downs:. Meth does have medical uses and so does cocaine, not too sure about crack though.
And you have no clue what it's like in california, all of my dealers don't come from "gangs" they all either grow, buy from other dealers, or buy from dispenseries, hardly gangs.

Just because the way it is done in California where you are from doesn't mean it is the same everywhere. I honestly don't care if they legalize it whatever, it is just one more thing cops have to watch for on the streets. Weed does have an effect on the mind and I wouldn't want people driving around high as hell.
