If there were mass shoot outs that were big enough to put entire cities in choas and martial law, there would have been way more than JUST 15 deaths. The title and map makes it look like there would have to have been hundreds of deaths. I don't even see where I was saying "Lol no biggy" in that entire post. But for a mass shoot out all over the nation, yeah, you know, 15 would be small, but that's obviously still too large a number of deaths in any shoot out, even if it was only 1 or 2. But 15 deaths with TONS of shoot outs? Maybe I just don't see something in front of me. With shoot outs I think it's better to assume the death statistics are bad.
