I support the existence of Wikileaks because they aim to force governments to answer to the people for what they have done. A veil of secrecy for security is no reason for them to get away with whatever they want. If it is leaked to the Public, they have to answer for it. If it is kept secret, they get away with it. This forces them to keep their methods sound in case the information gets leaked and there is a massive shitstorm over it.

If America, and others, are so scared of all this information leaking perhaps they A: Shouldn't be doing these things in the firstplace. B: Do it better.
