Because the Resident Evil virus was made based off of real medicine and modified viruses like this.

I don't remember really, just that there was some viruses that test subjects got injected, died from, made them mutate and escape, infecting others and then there were chaos.
But as I said, this was just what I thought of, does not mean it will happen.

I know that, but yeah you're right that the RE virus worked the very same way.
So yeah, in a couple of years this will spread worldwide, the goverment injects everybody with the complete anti-cancer virus and we all turn into zombies :downs:
