I thought I was just posting a silly article I saw that would lead to some casual lols and debates. Turns out I started us on a rabbit hole that goes deeper than we could ever imagine.

When I first saw this thread, I thought banning him from starbucks immediatly for being creepy, I could justify both sides, Then we wen't down the rabbit hole, then I'm like BAN HIM FROM ALL THE STARBUCKS! They way he talks and tries to explain he's not a pedophile, Makes it sounds like he's a pedofile but only acting out on people barely over the consent age.

Well I do think there's 2 parts of this simply because of how it started then from the rest of the information. First off, this dude is creepy as fuck, so I can understand completely it being justified in the end. But, did the police or the people from Starbucks know about him? If so, ok, the banning is justified knowing his reputation as a creepy dude. If not, it wouldn't have been justified as a double standard thing. So, a 16 year old gal is approached by a guy simply asking for a date. Because of the age difference, it's thought of as "creepy" so he gets banned. Now in most cases, if a 16 year old guy was the barista and a cougar came along saying he's good looking and would like to go out to dinner with the kid, chances are his friends would cheer him on a bit being able to get with a cougar. Now I do suppose there are times where it'd be the same for a the guy, but chances are it wouldn't be viewed as "creepy". Just my 2 cents. In the end, he's creepy as fuck and should be banned from all women.

I'm willing to bet the police in his area know who he is on a first name basis at this point.

I retract what I said before about banning him is harsh. I see the shit he posts now and he deserves to be banned. In fact I'm glad this back fired on him, he is a total creep and predator.

I think it's kind of scary that this kind of mental state is even possible. Being depressed and hopeless about not being able to get a date is understandable, and becoming bitter and spiteful because of it is extreme but still imaginable. But I simply cannot understand how you can go beyond that, into shamelessly displaying your bitterness and hopelessness to try and get a date through sympathy. It seems like it's a vicious circle of affirmation bias for him. Every time the method fails, he just confirms to himself that everybody hates him and women are useless and he's never going to stop to think that he's doing something wrong.
