No!!1 SK sux. [editline]02:45AM[/editline] Welp, page king. Looks like I win.
Do you know what the potsdam declaration is? The whole point of it was to not accept any surrender terms.
I find it hard to believe that if the Japs presented unconditional surrender (save for sparing the emperor), the U.S. would have still ignored them. But obviously the U.S. is an evil empire that would kill millions for fun. [editline]12:40PM[/editline]
No!!1 SK sux.
Commie pinko scum. God bless America!
Just because you doubt it happened, doesn't fucking mean it didn't happen, they DID it, that's the thing. how the fuck do you deny this [editline]08:01AM[/editline]
Says the child :v:
the fuck is wrong with you?
It's not that hard to believe 1. That's not unconditional surrender. That's like saying I'll give this car to you for free but you have to give me 10 bucks for it. 2. The sparing of the emperor is the sparing of japanese sovereignty, at least according to japanese conditions. We kept the emperor around, but he lost his power and most of his role as a figurehead. He was an emperor of a non-existent empire and no longer was the leader of the japanese. It just lost all meaning really. This is contrary to what the the conditional surrender of japan aimed the fate of the emperor to be.
What has this WW2 talk to do with the topic?
I haven't read all 13 pages, but I've read a few. And I agree with a lot of the points made. For starters, if NK were to even fly a nuclear warhead, with intent to cause damage, the US and the eastern powers would crush them within the time it takes for a jet to reach them. Tiny, shit-stirring country. Versus the most powerful armies in the world. We win. Another point that was made is the power of these missiles. The nuclear development of NK suggests that the missiles would be shitty IRBMs that could probably not reach anywhere outside Asia anyway. And if it was fired, there would be countermeasures coming from every direction. The problem is the shitstorm in NK and SK and the amount of lives lost, although the war would be one that we'd only ever see on the news, nothing we'd ever get involved in.

Someone should start a rebellion in NK. They might attempt to counter that with a Nuke aswell.
I kept reading it as scared war and could not figure out wtf atheism had to do with a nation being afraid.
Great this really helps my paranoia.
How long does it take for a country to setup a nuke strike? Like just an ETA of how long it could be until shits gonna get real. (if they do it)
Most of the time, a few minutes once it's decided that they're going to fire it. Most of the nuclear weapons that are used in the world nowadays are on ICBMs (or IRBMs in less nuclear-developed countries) that are ready to fire in silos at the press of a button.
How long does it take for a country to setup a nuke strike? Like just an ETA of how long it could be until shits gonna get real. (if they do it)
It's the flight time that really makes nuke launches easy to counter.
NK isn't going to do anyhing. This like their 50th threat. China is one of few countries that has the balls to nuke America. North Korea? Not so much.
How long does it take for a country to setup a nuke strike? Like just an ETA of how long it could be until shits gonna get real. (if they do it)
Around 20 min to prepare the missile, roughly 2 hours at most for it to hit its target.
Around 20 min to prepare the missile, roughly 2 hours at most for it to hit its target.
If they send one to America it'll take around 4-5 hours.
NATO + United States + China + South Korea > NK
