Here it's posted that even having a camera out is a minimum of a $75 fine
two days in jail for recording a movie? lol gj america
2 Days! That's as much as 48 Hours!! And that's Alot! :colbert:
48 hours! Thats 172 800 seconds!
People? how can you call them people...
Dunno what world you're livin' on bro, but they're still people regardless of what they like or dislike. durp.
Guys, this was about someone filming a group at a birthday party and she accidently filmed maybe 2 seconds off the screen whilst filming the group having fun. Stop being so biased because a news story doesn't tell the whole story.
A) it was about 3.3 minutes of the camera pointed at the screen B) The article makes it pretty clear that she was intentionally filming the screen C) Judging by how it was pretty much blatantly said that the MPAA told the police department to send them home, and they even admitted that they were told that, the woman more then likely did something we aren't being told like resisting arrest, or verbally abusing the officer. Believe it or not your freedom of speach doesn't cover you being a dick to an officer, I know many cops on a personal level, and depending on how you treat them, insulting them could be what brings for from a verbal warning to a ticket/arrest. D) YOU DONT TAKE OUT A FUCKING CAMERA AT A FUCKING MOVIE THEATRE AND POINT IT AT THE FUCKING SCREEN
.D) YOU DONT TAKE OUT A FUCKING CAMERA AT A FUCKING MOVIE THEATRE AND POINT IT AT THE FUCKING SCREEN
so that means it's okay to jail her for two days just for that? [editline]09:15AM[/editline]
the woman more then likely did something we aren't being told like resisting arrest, or verbally abusing the officer.
baseless claim
A $2,500 fine and a year in jail is the maximum for ANY misdemeanor.
Filming in cinemas is a pretty retarded way to pirate, the quality sucks ass and I don't know why people take the risk.
she deserves to go to jail...i mean come on! tape something else WORTH watching and/or recording
She should be put in jail. Exposing such a terrible movie to the world would of had dire consequences!
