They will if they really need people and aren't meeting the quota. Now though they have more than enough people joining so I doubt anyone will be accepted with just a GED. It's high school diploma at the minimum usually.

Especially vs F-35 and F-22's. While it is possible to detect their presence in a general area with wide band RADAR, modern USSR and Chinese SAM's are guided by the launch system via RADAR. This makes the missiles cheap and allows for more accuracy, but it also means that unless you can pinpoint the aircraft in the sky, you can't do dick to actually hit it. The missiles themselves are entirely reliant on your ability to direct them straight into the aircraft from the launch site. In a relatively short period of time the F-35 will take on the vast majority of sorties involving enemy air defense suppression and there will be virtually nothing that anyone can do to stop them. Sort of a laser cannon or a rail gun based system, there aren't a lot of options for engaging modern stealth aircraft with modern ECM systems. You are lucky even as an aircraft to gain a lock on a heat signature.

Seeing as this is basically a TEA party bullshit blog, it's funny how they haven't realized, Obama has cut taxes for all but 2% of the population. I fail to see the problem with the taxes.
