I thought the blobfish was a deepsea fish so with all the water pressure gone the body cant properly hold its shape anymore, so thats why it looks like that?

At the depths that it lives at, the usual method of controlling buoyancy (gas bladders) doesn't really work due to the pressure, so the blobfish has evolved to become mostly a gelatinous mass. This means that the fish has very little muscle. In the water, the flesh supports itself due to its buoyancy, but the moment you bring it out of water, it starts drooping all over because of the lack of muscle support.
