Ya if you actually listen to the audio it was just a poor choice of words. But I can say the operator did seem frustrated or basically sounded like he hated his job the entire call.

Looking at that transcript, it really does just sounds like an unbelievably poor choice of words, keep them in a position where they don't interact with people I say, but no need to fire them.
