God fucking damn it, why does shit like this happen in my state? There is so much intolerance for homosexuality in my state, even in my classes, to the point of ridicule and prejudice. The children in my state, and others, whom have grown up surrounded by intolerance and lead to these fucking circumstances. I hate to blame religion, but most of the reasons these kids grow up to hate homosexuality is because they are taught it is the "devil's sin" flowing through them. It makes me sad that people can;t just love people, even if they are little different.
