wait whaaaaat. $200?? http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone
So apparently the headset that comes with the iPhone 5 has a storage/travel pouch/case for it... That's a nice touch.
i think that's just the packaging if you buy the headphones by them self
I dunno, on the site it says that it came with a case for it. I don't think it's simply a plastic baggie you would usually get. I think it's an actual case like the ones with earbuds with cases like this or something similar...
wait whaaaaat. $200?? http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone
Requires new two-year wireless service contract;
I'm pretty sure those EarPods things are Apple's idea of IEMs, but without the soft silicone bits that make them comfortable and seal the sound for better bass and stuff.
Requires new two-year wireless service contract;
And in Canada, it requires 3 and it will still cost more (I think it would be like $299 +3 year contract..?)
probably gonna wait till the next iphone before i upgrade from my 4. really want NFC to be on the next generation.
it isn't happening, nfc reduces battery life, so Apple is now doing virtual credict cards via passbook, so you have no need for NFC anymore good riddance too
NFC is kinda more insecure than other methods, you can litterally read credit cards and passports by passing by someone. More searching will find videos on the subject.
finally now since the iphone 4 is free i can upgrade from my free 3gs SCORE
NFC is kinda more insecure than other methods, you can litterally read credit cards and passports by passing by someone. More searching will find videos on the subject.
it's just not needed, passbook will actually work with stores without NFC just because of it's simple yet effective method of literally rendering bar codes, credit cards, etc without the need of a built in battery drainer err I mean "nfc chip"
How well does Passport work without a constant internet connection? [editline]12th September 2012[/editline]
it's just not needed, passbook will actually work with stores without NFC just because of it's simple yet effective method of literally rendering bar codes, credit cards, etc without the need of a built in battery drainer err I mean "nfc chip"
Wait, is NFC always on? I never knew that.
So magically innovative that it just works. Obligatory sentence fragment. [editline]12th September 2012[/editline] also whats with their advertising dictionary that doesn't include the word "the?" "The biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone." why do they hate "the"
How well does Passport work without a constant internet connection? [editline]12th September 2012[/editline] Wait, is NFC always on? That horrible, eh?
I'm on the Apple store and...the iPhone 4 is $0...
It's now free on contract.
https://twitter.com/ddos101

Kypto ‏@ddos101 so as it seem's facepunch was no match for me taking it down for 25minute's allready and the website is still crippled.. awkward..
Isn't that CloudFlare's fault?
Back on topic, how good was the old headphones? never really tried it though. It retails for like 40 dollars. The new one looks nice
wow with those cameras filming porn will be a lot easier

Next Nexus device. iPhone 5 was a massive disappointment and the GNote 2 is just an improved Note I or larger Galaxy S III. It's only a 2-3 month wait anyways.
Be mainstream like all the cool hipsters and get an iPhone 5. It really depends on what you'll use it for, but just go to a carrier store and try a bunch of them out.
is the OP rated with a bunch of dumbs just because it's apple...?
