It's the psychological counseling bit that gets me. So what, are they suggesting there's a need to change the way people think to bring it in line with their own opinions on fucking fashion trends of all things?. Sounds like bullshit to me, I'm getting a sneaking suspicion that this trend in particular is being targeted due to it being perceived as a ~black people thing~. Actually now that I think about, yeah, they are probably just being racist.
"Now son, you DO know those saggy pants make you look like a dipshit, right?" Boom, counseling done.

Freedom of expression? Small government? Only when I like it!
If the boxers are Louis Vuitton or Lacoste brand you're okay

"im old, you dang kids" what a fucking old shit
Weathersby said he filed the bill at the request of a constituent who encountered a group of young men whom the constituent believes wore their pants too low. When the constituent asked the men to pull up their pants, they became belligerent, Weathersby said.
What the hell? Is it normal for people to come up to you and tell you what to do/not to do? How can someone be this dumb?
what is this fuckin 1900
Welcome to the world of Mississippi. You would be surprised at the shit that goes on down here.
I understand people can do whatever they want but wearing your pants below your ass cheeks in public is definitely a nuisance to families with young children. This is not the right way of addressing it though.
Glad to see the GOP is finally taking mental health issues seriously.
Haha what? This is like the apparel equivalent of voter ID laws. Racist bullshit.
Are you serious? I mean, fuck the saggy pants thing, how is voter ID racist? I guess the whole world is racist because of using such solution. Presenting an actual ID when voting would at least make the shitty US election system a bit more modern and precise. So are you just race-baiting casually, or is there and actual reason why would it be racist?

https://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/26/us/elections/voter-id-laws.html Also more voter ID would not help elections. It would add an extra step to solve a problem that is basically non-existent. What needs to be looked into is the actual voting. The types of machines used and the way votes are stored is all over the place and there's almost always talk of a ballot being confusing.
