I don't think that's what's being driven here. More that unless you come into a job interview as flambuoyantly as possible (which would be perceived as unprofessional, straight or gay), employers aren't going to know that you're gay to begin with. People shouldn't be denied a job because of their sexual orientation, but they could be denied a job for coming into an interview with a belly shirt and a miniskirt. As a man or a woman that would be deemed unprofessional.
I'm not trying to promote discrimination, I'm just saying that emphasizing sexuality through appearance isn't going to get anyone a job, regardless of their orientation. Unless they're trying to be a stripper.

When confronted with someone who likens homosexuality to paedophilia, calls it a bad trait, and then tells gays to shut up since other people don't like it, the situation begins to warrant it.
