The difference from PDT and EST is 2 hours. In PDT its 3:57 right now, in EST its 5:57 right now.
HOW DO i START PLAYING?
if your in some sort of other timezone, then wait about an hour or so.

I'm trying to launch and it says "cannot find localization.txt, make sure Modern Warfare 2 is run from the correct folder." What does this mean?

According to the steam forums, activision gave us 4gb in the pre-load when the whole multiplayer game is around 12gb. You need to restart steam and let it download from the beginning. :saddowns:

Well... Their most likely going to extend the play time because of it's bumpy entrance. But Activision is involved, so you never know.
