Straight smoking in any form is not "clean" in any regard. By smoking a joint you are inhaling all the carcinogens in the smoke, not to mention the smoke itself, which causes heat damage to the lungs.
The only real "clean" way is by eating it or vaporizing, because there is no smoke. Even a bong, which cools the smoke, is still not very good for your lungs.
A joint is pretty much the cleanest way of smoking besides a vape, don't know what you're on about.
What.....
Every time you hit that joint, the smoke is being pulled through clean weed, covering it in tar and resin before it is even ignited by the cherry moving down the joint, aka joints are the dirtiest unhealthiest way to smoke. Not to mention the paper.

Now that we've covered some of the least healthy methods of THC delivery, I'd like to point out there are so many different ways to prepare cannabis it isn't even funny. I have a great recipe for a vinaigrette that'll get you stoned off your ass. Love that shit on my greens. It's all about the interesting, atypical methods of using cannabis if you ask me.
In my opinion all drugs should be decriminalized, and addictions to them should be treated as a public health issue rather than a crime.
I'm assuming people can be dependent on marijuana if they use it for the wrong reasons, just like alchohol and pretty much everything else that's already legal. If all drugs were legal, rather than putting those who have serious addictions but don't harm anyone else in jail, we could just put them in rehabilitation centers to get them off of the drug, or at least make them no longer dependent on it.
Does anyone else think that would work?
I mean personally, I don't have a problem with people using drugs but it pisses me off a little that when the average person is caught doing them, it's a crime, yet when a celebrity is caught doing it, it's a scandal that they pay their way out of that the media hypes up and then forgets about a week later. Sorry for rambling and being a little off topic but I felt like this needed to be said.

No all drugs should not be decriminalized.
Pot is what I would say a very safe drug, its impossible to overdose on it, its long term and short term side effects are pretty mundane, ASIDE from the carcinogens which you can luckily work around with edibles, pills ,and vaporizers.
Its natural, it doesnt need to go through some process aside from picking the buds and drying them and all that, you dont gotta like cook it or break it down or add anything, its just very clean.
Its not very addictive, it has no physical addiction like cigs, it can become a mental addiction as with a lot of things but the mental addiction is honestly easy to get past.
On top of all that, its a very relaxing drug and one that doesnt really impair you that badly, unless you smoke yourself silly, you dont get violent or crazy.
Now with harder drugs like crack, coke, heroine and meth they are insanely addictive, they fuck you up badly and have horrible side effects and can make people very violent.
They need to keep that shit locked down.

I agree, but there's also problems with leaving them illegal, and a black market item. Legalizing them isn't going to take them entirely out of the black market, but there's nothing to be gained by keeping these illegal but accessible all the same, cracking down harder is not an option. Putting them in a legal spotlight, allowing their use, having strict rehab conditions and have a serious look at the attitude the war on drugs has enforced on drug use.
Coke is currently a big drug, it's been a big one for years. We see it's use in excess and moderation through out much of industry and business and entertainment for decades now. It's not really an option to leave them where they are now, there needs to be reform on them, and making them legally available, but at cost and with limitations, like perhaps an agreement to pursue rehab if/when addiction forms with a mandated check up with doctors or something. Frankly, I don't know, but that's why the discussion has to happen beyond "yes, they're terrible, yes, keep them illegal" because that's just not working anymore, if it ever did.

Unfortunately, some of them had terrible consequences that came after that fun part. Like, long-lasting consequences that are the type of shit that causes a majority of people to not be okay with drug use. Then there's the things that even I wouldn't try, and I'm curious to the point of retarded, but I knew deep down that it was a bad idea. That, and, usually the person offering it had no teeth, was involuntarily twitching, and occasionally took the conversation to an aggressive place.
Those things? Yeah, those things aren't something you can just let go and hope it would work in a society. Drug fiends, actual drug fiends like you see on Cops running around naked covered in blood, they're that way because the spiral of addiction with these drugs is steep. Steep enough to skip over the rationalization part of addiction and straight into admitting that you're fucked up, but you're still going to suck a dick later for ten bucks because you need a hit.

No what are you doing
The thing is, you can't cure a person's addiction if they themselves aren't willing. Otherwise, they'll just go back to the drug again.
Now, I'm all for "safety zones". There are some special buildings set up that provide safe needles, medical care, etc. and so far it's proven a great success in saving people who OD/preventing diseases caused by dirty equipment. But decriminalization of every drug just gives people on the street a better excuse to have more.
Marijuana is the only drug that should be decriminalized.
although if you disguise it as a cigarette i don't think many people will notice or care
You don't even have to do that, i smoke blunts in public all the time. No one really says anything.
It's more sad that people are not looking into the future repercussions because all they can think about is getting high.
Have you ever smoked weed be for, you make it sound like its meth. People can function while getting high. Not on alcohol or any other drug mostly.
