This happens only because there is no difference in the meaning of regular Sports and eSports. Technically speaking, eSports are also Sports, and it will stay that way unless they classify them under a different category. The US government did this so that the professional players can get benefits such as travel visas to get into the counties they compete in.

With this ruling the list should expand, but why not start at the top, most popular one and see where it goes? If there's problems you don't want to open the floodgates on the first try, but you also want to get enough people moving back and forth that problems can be found.
