Arms are arms, no matter when they were made. Besides, don't guns break down?
So basically because the government is providing voluntary counseling they're somehow intruding and therefore violating the constitution? Two things wrong with your argument 1- It's voluntary so it isn't intrusive 2- It isn't unconstitutional
Actually when it's the federal government, it is.
Actually when it's the federal government, it is.
so in glaberland anything the federal government does that isn't in the constitution is unconstitutional
More than Glaberland, but Strong Badia and the Real USA too. and Here's why:
Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
This amendment means that the federal government is not allowed to do this, but State governments are allowed.
More than Glaberland, but Strong Badia and the Real USA too. and Here's why: This amendment means that the federal government is not allowed to do this, but State governments are allowed.
it's been interpreted to mean that the federal government can't directly coerce states to follow federal regulations but nice try
Actually when it's the federal government, it is.
Find me where in the constitution it mentions PMCs or the TSA Isn't it unconstitutional for the federal government to hire these companies by your logic What about the FDA, are you morally opposed to the FDA as well
ask glaber what he thinks of the department of education
Probably hates them for all those Fs he got in social studies during school
fyi the usps is chartered in the constitution and is a government-authorized monopoly, receiving $0 a year from the government
Better than having some CEO that only worries about profits and stockholders.
Better than having some CEO that only worries about profits and stockholders.
I was just saying it didn't have a place in your list of Glaber-unconstitutional government agencies.
I was just saying it didn't have a place in your list of Glaber-unconstitutional government agencies.
Fine, uhhh, Agricultural subsidies, AMS. Oh God, the Republicans claw on that shit during primaries.

Oh God, the Republicans claw on that shit during primaries.
Someone teach glaber about the Canadian Wheat Board and watch his face explode off.
The Canadian Wheat Board (French: Commission canadienne du blé) was established by the Parliament of Canada in 1935 as a producer marketing system for wheat and barley. Although it is often called a monopoly, it is actually instead a monopsony since it is the only buyer of wheat and barley.
our flour is better btw
ask glaber what he thinks of the department of education
Fails at actual education. Wants to regulate the Internet which will wind up with our speeds going slower in the end. Constitutional. Private company null argument. What you should of put was USPS. And that's Constitutional, though has a bad rep when you don't get your mail on time or gets delivered to the wrong address, or not at all. (I'm missing a comic book because of them) Necessary for Security Nearly broke/ Out of money/ almost unable to be payed for. Needs to do a better job in the States bordering Mexico. Like them or not, they're Constitutional as they are used for the collection of taxes. Useful, and helpful, but I wouldn't rely on it for paying my entire tuition. They didn't any way. I haven't really heard much, but sometimes I have to wonder about their recalls. Other times, I don't.
Someone teach glaber about the Canadian Wheat Board and watch his face explode off. our flour is better btw
I thought we were talking about the US.
it's been interpreted to mean that the federal government can't directly coerce states to follow federal regulations but nice try
That's a shitty interpretation and was obviously only done because someone leaned on the Judiciary to get a controversial law past. I'm having difficulty seing how you can get that from what is said.
Wants to regulate the Internet which will wind up with our speeds going slower in the end.
oh not this bullshit about net neutrality again i suggest you completely forget about that because nobody has even a real clue about anything relating to net neutrality
I thought we were talking about the US.
US doesn't exist in a bubble, it can and will be compared to the rest of the world. [editline]27th December 2010[/editline]
oh not this bullshit about net neutrality again i suggest you completely forget about that because nobody has even a real clue about anything relating to net neutrality
Conservatives think net neutrality means locking down the internet when it actually means the exact opposite
the fuck is wrong with that yeah, my grandmother recently stayed in the hospital and was asked to choose a care proxy, choosing my father obviously the death panels at work
See page 2 of the article:
Moreover, the e-mail said: “We would ask that you not broadcast this accomplishment out to any of your lists, even if they are ‘supporters’ — e-mails can too easily be forwarded.” The e-mail continued: “Thus far, it seems that no press or blogs have discovered it, but we will be keeping a close watch and may be calling on you if we need a rapid, targeted response. The longer this goes unnoticed, the better our chances of keeping it.” In the interview, Mr. Blumenauer said, “Lies can go viral if people use them for political purposes.”
Besides, would you rather the doctor do this because they thought it was right, or for the money?
See page 2 of the article: Besides, would you rather the doctor do this because they thought it was right, or for the money?
so they're saying keep it quiet because talk-radio morons like you will distort the truth makes sense to me
