slightly offtopic- I don't know how I got on the bernie mailing list, but the titles are always great
I don't know where this "YUGE" thing came from but I've noticed it on reddit recently and it makes me unreasonably angry.
I've been fucking harassed on my own visitor message page just for saying I felt like Sander's wasn't going to win and that I wanted to vote for Hiliary. He told me to be afraid to post, I'm not even kidding. At this point I'm getting tired of even trying to post here in this sub forum because I'm with every other realist that knows Bernie gave it his best, but Hiliary cleary has had a lead over him since last tuesday. Every other article has just been folks either trying to find some blame for Bernie's loss, or finding anything to make it sound like Bernie has some chance still. I don't even fucking hate Sanders, I voted for him, I just knew in my gut since before super Tuesday that there was a good chance Hiliary would just win the primary anyway. Doesn't help that I knew there was going to be a bunch of upset people once they heard that Sander's didn't power punch through Super Tuesday like they'd hoped. Worse I'm upset at seeing folks still calling Hiliary, Shilary and other immature things just because of a decade long smear campaign from the Republicans taking advantage of her email scandal. Even worse at seeing folks ironically wanting to vote for Trump to "mess up the system to wake folks up", like everyone will actually notice this and we'll Les'Miserables this country back to shape again. So I'm sorry if I'm just being realistic and expecting Hiliary to win despite Sanders getting small victories. But until I hear the news say Sanders got a HUGE victory that gives him a chance again, I'm just hearing folks grasping at straws. If Sanders wins this primary like Obama did, even though I find that really rare, or some other way, then hey good, I 'm glad. If not, at least I didn't set myself up for major disappointment and got ready for a Hilary victory as well. [editline]21st March 2016[/editline] You see shit like this? This is why I just gave up in the other threads, because of posts like this. Is it even worth it? I'm only posting now to explain why I feel the way I feel right now.
You where one of those guys that was voting Bernie entirely on emotion iirc, hell I even think you where one of those guys that admitted that you didn't actually know anything about any of the candidates when someone pressed you on how you said you where going to vote Trump over Hillary because you where mad about the election. After people called you an idiot for voting entirely on your emotion alone, you then decided you where going to vote Hillary (in general) ENTIRELY ON EMOTION the fear of Trump winning. You're one of the most obnoxious "anti-trump" guys. Piously preaching your "realist" views whenever someone says they're still holding hope is incredibly off-putting honestly and just makes you look arrogant and a little self important. Acting like a big victim about it too makes you even more genuinely obnoxious. I'm sure anyone who is convinced that they won't vote Hillary if Bernie loses won't be convinced by you of all people especially when you insult them and call them sad and pathetic. Maybe you should take a break from SH for a while if its bothering you that bad.
IMO there is nothing wrong about hyping up any good news for Sanders. If you want him to win, why wouldn't you hype up the news to build up morale for other supporters so they don't give up?
